Returns and Refunds
Exchanges and refunds are allowed for orders that are made within 60 days from the order date.

Refunds and Exchanges are allowed assuming items were not damaged by client and it's in near same conditions as we shipped (including the packaging).

SRS reserves the right to charge a re-stocking fee in case the conditions above are not compliant.

If items are in original condition (including package), exchanges are free of charge. You are only responsible for the shipping to send the item(s) back to us.

For refunds, you can have a store credit or money back equivalent to up to 100% of the item price you paid (shipping charges are non-refundable).

In case of a hardware defect (SRS will judge if the hardware is defective or not based on your description of the issue and troubleshooting guides) or a shipping error on our part, you will get 100% refunded including all shipping charges.

Once received, items returned will be inspected by our Quality Assurance department. After examination, you will be notified via email of the status of your return within 5 business days.

Terms and Conditions
Please read this Agreement carefully. Your use of the Sim Racing Studio Web Site (www.simracingstudio.com) is governed by these terms and conditions and constitutes your agreement to follow these rules and to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, do not use the Sim Racing Studio Web Site or products.

Software Upgrades and Licensing
When you purchase a Sim Racing Studio (SRS) base license, you are entitled to the features as of that release date.
Premium features (that are embedded in the software and only activated when you activate your subscription) are not part of your base license and require a yearly subscription purchase (separate from the base license) to be active.
Third party partners and suppliers might include a SRS license. The license they supply is the base license and does not include the premium subscription.
Sim Racing Studio often do software changes and upgrades to fix bug and add or remove features overtime.
Sim Racing Studio reserve the right to release those new features as a free upgrade or as a chargeable upgrade (Premium features).

Acceptance of this Agreement
This Agreement between you and Sim Racing Studio governs your use of the Web Site and its content. Each time you use the Web Site you signify your acceptance and agreement to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with each provision of this Agreement you may not use the Web Site.

Changes to this Agreement
Sim Racing Studio reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
Users Access
The Web Site may be used only by persons who have reached the age of majority or legal age in their jurisdictions and who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.

Misprints or Errors, Product Information and Availability, and Orders
Sim Racing Studio strives to provide current and accurate information on the Web Site. Unfortunately, misprints or other errors may occur. Accordingly, Sim Racing Studio reserves the right to change the prices and charges regarding the goods and services available through the Web Site at any time and from time to time without any notice or liability to you or any other person.

Sim Racing Studio cannot guarantee that goods or services advertised on the Web Site will be available when ordered or thereafter. Sim Racing Studio also reserves the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever.

If you order goods for which the price was incorrectly displayed, Sim Racing Studio will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price. If you order goods that are not available, Sim Racing Studio will notify you by email. Sim Racing Studio reserves the right to limit quantities sold.

If you wish to cancel an order, you may request a cancellation by sending an email to Customer Service. However, Sim Racing Studio may not receive and process your cancellation request before it accepts and processes your order, in which case your cancellation request may not be effective.

Sim Racing Studio has done its best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web Site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
The prices displayed on this Web Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars. Prices are FOB. Customers are responsible for all duties and customs they might be charged by the carrier or local agencies.

Information Submissions
All information you provide through the Web Site, including registration information, payment information, and transaction-related information, must be true, accurate, current and complete. You will be solely responsible and liable for any and all loss, damage, and additional costs that you, Sim Racing Studio or any other person may incur as a result of your submission of any false, incorrect or incomplete information or your failure to update your registration information and payment information within 30 days of any change.
